Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 16, 2026 · Last Updated: April 16, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. By using Veloci, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. About Veloci

Veloci Health ("Veloci," "we," "us," or "our") operates velocihealth.com and related services. We provide a platform that connects individuals with licensed physicians for medical review and, where appropriate, prescription medication access, along with AI-powered health tracking tools.

Veloci is not a medical provider. We are a technology platform. Physicians on our platform are independent licensed practitioners who make all medical decisions independently.

2. Eligibility

To use Veloci, you must:

By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Veloci is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

The AI health insights provided by our platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All prescription decisions are made by independent licensed physicians — not by Veloci or its AI systems.

Results vary. GLP-1 medications and other treatments may not be appropriate for everyone. A physician review is required before any prescription is issued.

4. How the Service Works

Veloci charges your payment method only after a physician approves your prescription. If a physician does not approve your prescription, you will not be charged for the medication.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Veloci operates on a monthly subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

6. Accurate Health Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health information. Providing false or misleading health information to obtain a prescription is dangerous, may be illegal, and will result in immediate termination of your account. Veloci cooperates fully with law enforcement in such cases.

7. Medications and International Pharmacy

Veloci works with licensed pharmacy partners to fulfill prescriptions. Some medications may be sourced from international pharmacies under FDA personal importation enforcement discretion. By using Veloci, you acknowledge that:

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and AI models on the Veloci platform are owned by Veloci Health or its licensors. You may use the platform for its intended personal health purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloci's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Veloci is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Individual results vary based on health history, adherence, and other factors outside our control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veloci, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your provision of false health information.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or our platform.
