Veloci Health ("Veloci," "we," "us," or "our") operates velocihealth.com and related services. We are an AI-powered longevity health platform providing access to physician-reviewed GLP-1 medications and AI-interpreted health tracking.

- Health intake responses (medical history, current medications, health goals, relevant symptoms)

- Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) — collected via privacy-respecting analytics
- Device and browser type
- IP address (used for fraud prevention and service delivery, not for profiling)
Health data you enter into the platform:

4. Health Information and HIPAA
To the extent Veloci qualifies as a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we handle your Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with applicable HIPAA requirements. Your health intake data and medication records are treated as PHI.
Prescribing physicians on our platform maintain independent medical records in accordance with their own legal obligations.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to provide our services:
- Licensed physicians: Your health intake is reviewed by an independent licensed physician who makes all prescribing decisions.
- Licensed pharmacy partners: If a prescription is approved, your prescription and shipping information is shared with our pharmacy partner to fulfill your order.
- Payment processors: Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. We receive only confirmation of payment.
- Service providers: We use third-party vendors for hosting, email, and analytics — all bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of individuals.
We do not share your health information with employers, insurers, or advertisers.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and health data for as long as your account is active, and for a minimum of 7 years after account closure to comply with applicable healthcare records requirements. You may request deletion of non-medical data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Data Security
